You can access all of your account preferences when you click the "Preferences" link at the top left corner of any page:
- Order Status: Review your pending orders and previously shipped orders. If you do not see an order that you placed, then it was not successfully processed and it does not exist in our system.
- Manage Address Book: Keep track of your shipping and billing addresses here.
- Change Log In: Change your login email address or your password here.
- Member Profile: View and update your membership details, including your file download bandwidth preferences, your nickname used on the Message Boards, and more.
- Manage Credit Cards: Add, edit, and delete credit card information, and indicate which credit card we should bill for Hugs & Kisses Membership renewals.
- Shopping Cart: View the items you currently have in your shopping cart.
If you are a WarrenEckstein.com Hugs & Kisses Member, you will be able to access the following additional information:
- Podcasting URLs: Use the "Add to iTunes" button to automatically add a podcast to iTunes, or view your personalized podcasting URLs.
- Member Blocked List: View a list of the Hugs & Kisses Members you have blocked in the Message Boards.
- Membership Information: View the start and renewal dates for your Hugs & Kisses Membership.
- Cancel Hugs & Kisses Membership: Use this link to cancel your Hugs & Kisses Membership. Depending on when you cancel your membership, it may either:
- terminate immediately; if this is the case, you will be credited a pro-rated amount for any remaining membership time
- terminate at the end of the billing cycle

- Upgrade Membership: If you are a monthly Hugs & Kisses Member, use this link to upgrade to a yearly membership. The annual membership will be billed at the end of your monthly cycle, and our system will be updated to show your start and renewal date.

If you cannot remember what email address you used to register on the site, contact Customer Service with your full name and address so that we can locate your login information. You may be asked to verify your personal information for security purposes.

In order to purchase from WarrenEckstein.com, you will need to register. During the checkout process, you will be prompted for your email address and a password that you can use to login to the site later.
In order to become a Hugs & Kisses Member, review the available membership options and add the membership you'd like to your cart. Once you have completed the checkout process, you will be able to log in as a Hugs & Kisses Member and access all Hugs & Kisses Member content.

| If you are a Hugs & Kisses Member, you will see "Zone Member" listed in top left-hand corner, while you are logged in. If it only reads "WELCOME," then you are not a Hugs & Kisses Member-you are simply registered as a customer on WarrenEckstein.com.
